We provide operational property management services exclusively as managing agent for property owners under signed agreements. This pricing reflects base management fees. Specific portfolio requirements or additional custodial needs may adjust the final scope. All services are governed by local and state regulations.

Leasing / Placement Fee

Many managers charge 50–100% of first month's rent every time a tenant is placed. Marcel includes leasing in your flat rate.
