Who can book the real estate shoot packages?
The Standard, Premium, and Signature packages are available exclusively to licensed Massachusetts real estate agents and brokerages. Landlords marketing a rental unit should book the apartment package instead.
What's the difference between the three packages?
Mainly scope and coverage. Standard fits condos and smaller single-families (25 photos). Premium is the most-booked tier for a standard single-family sale (35 photos). Signature is the full suite for luxury or architecturally unique listings (50 photos, a virtual tour, and MLS-ready listing copy).
How is the apartment package different?
It's built for landlords filling a vacancy, not agents marketing a sale. One flat $149 rate covers 25 edited photos, a 4K video walkthrough, a video slideshow, and social media graphics — everything you need to list a unit well.
Where do you shoot?
Across Massachusetts, with a focus on the Merrimack Valley — Lawrence, Lowell, Methuen, Haverhill, Andover, North Andover, Dracut, and Tewksbury. Reach out if your property is outside that area.
Who owns the photos?
You get full use of your edited files for marketing the listing — MLS, your website, social media, and print. Ask us if you need anything beyond standard listing use.
